I sit around relaxing smokin weed and watching TV.. I don't put music on while I'm getting ready.. I like that relaxed feeling, if I put music on I get to happy [Big Grin] .. chillin on my couch in my bedroom with my company.. the dance gear is already set and so is the jewlry.. and shoes... I do some stretching before my company arrives.. I like to stay limber, so I do some leg work and excersise for my back .. [Big Grin] , around 11:30 we start to pull out..

I don't have anything heavier than fruit & water before going out - -it keeps me light and energized, my body can better respond and process the energy of the spirit I am looking for . . .

I asked cause last time I went out, I hadn't been out in a long while, I went thru some major shyte. I wanted to throw up prolly cause of the greazy ass chinese I had the nite b4. My body was cramping in places I'd forgotten existed. I just left my crib w/out any prep work. Don't get me wrong, this was the best pain i've felt in a loooong time. It was worth every minute!!! I came home and didn't even shower right away to allow the thrill n "funk" of the night/morn to sink in. Just to feel it on the outside instead of the inside for a bit.
Right now, i'm about to start stretchin (thanx likewater). Jump in the shower. Get dressed. Eat some fruits (thanx PE). Pack some nuts n more fruits, a small towel, some water!!! Hopefully, with a lil more consistent partyin, the pain will be less n less. Plus i'll try n pace myself more. Just that last time I felt like I had alot to werk out and to hell w/ all the complaining from my joints n muscles.

I live pretty damn far from Tokyo so my weekend routine is going to the gym until noon Saturday, getting a medium sized lunch, then going home around 1-2 and then just relaxing and maybe getting in one or two hours of real napping. I get up at around 7 o clock, shower, start to get ready, make sure my ipod is charged, and my flask is filled, and then head to my local train station at around 9 o clock. by then im starving but i still have 2 hours until i get to my destination. I usually arrive where i wanna go by 11 and my routine is to go and buy some ramen to fill up but not too heavily. as i walk to the club, i get a coffee and one of the energy drinks from the convenience stores. i usually enter the club around 11:45-12, get my free drink ticket, and then use my flask for the rest of the night. im a dancing fool until 5am, then I gotta make the long trek back.

This weekend's prep worked out much better. I was able to keep my pace much better n longer. My body didn't ache as much as the last time. I must say, the running shoes were like a blessing as compared to the dogs I wore last time. But, baby powder is essential!!! Tried it without the powder for a minute n the friction made my feet hotter. Also, had to work harder. Brought some bananas n mixed nuts & dried fruits for extra fuel along with 2 large bottles of water. Had a blast. Now I have to find a decent workout regime during the week to build strength n stamina. [snoopy] [snoopy] [snoopy]
