Caught this flick over the weekend
one of the most twisted movies i've ever seen with perverse graphic violence

Good morning!
OK I am not the only person in the world who caught this for the first time. And I being one who likes strange, bizarre and subtitles and did I say crazy movies! Has to watch this again!
Some friends and I caught this in the middle and could not turn the channel - ABSOLUTELY Weird!
Can you say PYSCHO!!
Gotta watch it again! Been looking for it on Demand! We even sat down and tried to dysect it!

If you liked that, then you'll like Dark Water and the original version of the Grudge.
Both great japanese horror flicks with some very creepy moments...
Of course there is something very different with the narrative of japanese horror movies. Something always happens near the end that comes out of nowhere that has little to zero relevence to the story, yet somehow ends the movie.

I just purchased Miike's "The Bird People in China".....
this is the 'softer' side of Miike....along with "Happiness with the Katakuris" and "Zebraman".
Ichi The Killer, Audition, Visitor Q, the Dead or Alive series....that's that next ish...

I remember hearing about that american version.
Audition is dope too.
There's a great chinese movie as well called "the eye". Which has a couple sappy moments, but there are 2 scenes in particular that are really well done (ie freaked the shit out of me)

The Eye was directed by the pang Bros (Thai), i believe. it was okay..
The thai shit you wanna check out is "Shutters".
