i think this is cool... actually, it brings to mind that maybe we should have 4 or 5 books per month based on themes...music, classic, fiction, cultural and non-fiction...what you think?

agreed on crossing genres, I do think, also that some attention needs to be paid to categories inside of those categories...so that American literature includes all of the hyphenated identity categories: caribbean, indian, african, native, japanese, chinese, and the like...no particular order to the list, but something to think about.
