Just by LB walking in the door made him the best point guard on the team....

So now NY has hope. Good luck, I can't see that team doing anything but collecting Phat checks and complaining.

Damn. I'm late as hell. I still think the Nets will do better than the Knicks this year. Have you seen their starting line-up?
New Jersey is definitely in a position to contend for the east next year. But a healthy Indiana team with Artest back is my pre-preseason pick to win the east. San Antonio again in the west.

Indiana signing that Lituanian cat was HUGE cause it wasn't going to happen with Jamal Tinsely.....I think Miami is going to regress this year cause Eddie Jones has once again proved to be a bum in the playoffs and if you didn't see Damon Jones' car in the parking lot, you wouldn't have known he was there.....
.....and I HATE the Detroit Pistons, but until somebody beats them......

LB has coached all three of those teams during his career...nyc, enjoy coach brown while you can....have a feeling he already has his next gig lined up if this doesn't work out.....

Fred, Can you build with me on what you feel the Lithuian cat(Sarunas Jasikevicius), Can bring to Indiana, That, Jamal Tinsley can't my man(LOL), Sarunas Jasikevicius can shoot it(Name a cat from outside the United States that can't/LOL), And, Sarunas Jaskevicius has a good feel for the game(Not great, But, Good), But, Sarunas Jaskevicus, Having to check a cat/cats is a no go moneygrip(LOL), Fred, I'm not saying Jamal Tinsley can get in a cat and things, But, Jamal Tinsley can most
Definitely get his back on the other end,(When he has too), But, The Indiana crew ask him(Jamal Tinsley), To set cats up on the regular(When Ron Artest and Jermaine O'Neal were suspended earlier this year, Jamal Tinsley did much work until he got hurt), Fred, The cat who should be worried about getting less run is Stephen Jackson my man(LOL), Especially, If Stephen Jackson is not hitting that springer(LOL), Jamal Tinsley is the only cat who can get Indiana into their offense
On the regular(Shit, I would rather see Rick Carlisle bring it up over Anthoney Johnson my man/LOL), Ncgo, There's not to many places left that Larry Brown has not coached at my man(LOL), Lets hope that Larry Brown enjoys himself with the Knicks for a few, Then, Hopefully, Larry Brown can devote the rest of his time to his family and exchanging math about the game of basketball with his basketball father, Dean Smith. I guess I never thought highly of Jamal Tinsley coming out of Iowa State Mike....and defensively Jamal DEFINATELY can't check most point guards anyway, so they aren't really losing anything more on the defensive end.....but you just named the biggest difference off the bat....that European cat can shoot....and good point, the cat on the hot seat is definately Stephen Jackson, who played reasonably well last year when he did come back, but next season is probably going to lose some shots when Sarunas comes in, if not relegated to some sixth man status altogether......
As far as LB goes, the mission in NY is simple...Stephon and Jamal are going to have to toe the line......PERIOD. That cat done forgot more about basketball then both of them put together, and they are both at the point in their careers where all that individual shit don't matter no more, it's about rings now....so, it is a perfect opportunity for them to listen and build, cause really you might have Larry for 2 years tops depending on what they do next season.....

Fred, I do agree with you in regards to Stephon Marbury and Jamal Crawford needing to change their ways, Playing for Larry Brown my man, Because, Larry Brown will most definitely see that Stephon Marbury and Jamal Crawford change their ways mad hard(Larry Brown can still get in a cats shit mad hard for a 64 year old cat my man/LOL), For Stephon Marbury, The transition to look for cats more and create, Should be very easy, Because, The thing that ruined(So far), Stephon Marbury to me, Is Ego, At Georgia Tech
Stephon Marbury was all about looking for cats first,Creating second(For cats and himself), Taking over a game at nut cracker time 3rd, But, When alot of young cats come into the NBA, Young cats feel that they have to score to make a name for themselves, Rather than win, Cats look at cats who win, Way more than cats who can get theirs mad hard, Stephon Marbury had the luxury of Flipp Sanders letting him(Stephon Marbury), Do, Whatever he wanted, Anytime he wanted, Rope
Like that can kill a young cats hunger for team play and unity mad hard, Because, Cats feel that they don't have to answer to anyone, In regards to making mistakes, Or, Yelling at a teammate, Or, Complaining about coming out of a game/Games, Bobby Cremins made sure Stephon Marbury did not have any of that big mad on campus nonsense on his Georgia Tech crew for that one year(Kenny Anderson went through the same thing in 1990/91), I'm not blaming Flipp Sanders for Stephon Marbury turning out to be the player that he is now, But, Flip Sanders does shoulder some of the blame in regards to Stephon Marburys, Get mine first, attitude my man, Larry Brown will not accept none
Of that nonsense, Because, Larry Brown went through the same nonsense with Allan Iverson in the mid to late 90's(If it were not for Pat Croce, Larry Brown would not have taken the job in the first place/But, 5million a year, Can make alot of cats change their priorities mad hard moneygrip/LOL), Stephon Marbury has the chance to develop into the type of cat who can make cats around him much better, Like he did at Georgia Tech(Those cats were not nice at all my man/LOL), Stephon Marbury can be the perfect decoy for the
Knicks, Because, Cats will be expecting him to look to score first, Opposed to setting cats up, Then, Pick your spots(Like Isiah Thomas,Kevin Johnson,Tim Hardaway,Nate Archibald,Gus Williams,Michael Ray Richardson,Magic Johnson,Etc), Used to, But, make sure, That cats get the pill in a position on the floor, That they can feel confident, That they can do something productive, Rather, Than, Taking bad shots, I feel Stephon Marbury will play very well with Larry Brown, Hopefully for his sake, Jamal Crawford will play very well too.
