A Rack EQ on there Home System..?
I have a Rack Mount Sound Craftman in storage but on my system I have noise gates, Eq on the Mixer plus an Rotary (Allen & Heath Dual Isolator) .
So is there still a need for an EQ?
Just wondering..

you only ever need on eq IMO, so I would say no

also, why noise gates on a home set up?

Because I have an 2 Carver Amp System with a 2 way X-over.
Mid Highs (Yamaha 8" Monitors) on 1 and and 1 15" Sub on another.
