Danceteria
30 West 21st Street, NYC

The owners name was John Argento with a few other partners. Some of the DJs that played there included:

Freddy Bastone
Delphine Blue
Walter Durkacz
Johnny Dynell
Mark Fotiadis
Grandmaster Caz
Afrika Islam
Ivan Ivan
Mark Kamins
Anita Sarko
Richard Sweret
Among many others...

Mostly New Wave, Hardcore, Disco and Hip Hop were played at the legendary multi-level club.

Songs... too many to list.
One BIG Danceteria song was EVERYBODY.. by Madonna mixed by Mark Kamins. Saw her perform there a few times with her band "The Breakfast Club"

Saw alot of great hip hop shows there too.

Any other questions?

What year was it ? T La Rock was a Def Jame artist. In fact, wasn't "It's Yours" their first single? I forget...
