Isn't itunes for Apple ipod users. I don't have an ipod. Will I still be able to use the software?

No. You can d/l it from the iTunes site and use it as a media player like Windows Mewdia. When you load a WMA file into ITunes it will automatically convert it to an mp3. You would have to check your options to set the rate you want to encode them to.
