Shelter/ A Better World.................

I noticed that "Shelter" by Ann Nesby and "A Better World" by AgeHa featuring Jocelyn Brown and Loleatta Holloway are in the top 20 of the Billboard "Hot Dance Music/Club Play" chart with "Shelter" being in the top 10 with "A Better World" inching towards it. Am I to assume that there are some awful mixes out there by someone like Thunderpuss, Junior Vasquez, Hex Hector or someone along those lines?

The copies of "Shelter" that I have simply have a vocal on one side and an instrumental on the other......JMJ

I was just shocked to see such a great record like "Shelter" on the chart, let alone the top 10. Songs like that haven't appeared for a while on that chart or if they do they don't reach a high position.
