wasup man.. i spend most of my waking life (when i'm home) working on tracks. i still got a lot to learn, but i'll give you my first impression listening to "Saturday Night" (i don't see the other one posted)

I like the chords, the theme, the sounds, it's all cool. there are a couple of technical things you might want to mess around with ...

i would quantize the piano part, it sounds late and i think it's dragging the feel down a little. If it's not a midi performance, and it's recorded audio, you would need to edit it some to get it to lock in better.

the other big thing is overall i also thought there was too much reverb. it's making the track less punchy (there might also be too much compression). if you pick some elements to make more dry like maybe some drum parts, it'll give the track more depth. You also might want to experiment with some elements having more delay instead of reverb, which will preserve their clarity but still give them depth

I like the overall idea, this could be a real beautiful classic sounding track.

I struggle with this stuff all the time so I hope you take my thoughts as a form of compliment!

Heat brotha.Keep up the great work. That joint on Large (avail @ www.traxsource.com ) is such a mellow track that my dance floor was in the mood to make love!! LOL Lisa Shaw sounds sooo sexy and the music just compliments the vocals.
