My son's show at the Arena Players runs August 9, 10, 11 and I need to decide which evening to come down for the show (They're doing The Lion King. He's Pumbaa.). Any chance that one of those nights might offer interesting after show entertainments for a road tripping mama?

the 10th -Friday- couple of spots. 347 and Mosaic

The 11th- Spiritual (Pat Noboa) I forgot who is the DJ for her monthly party. and I believe Dizzla (Karizma) is at the Sky Lounge that Sat nite

I wanted to take my mom to see the Lion King & this is right in the backyard. Can you post some more specifics 'cause that'd be the perfect time frame to bring her.

This is the culminating performance of the Arena Player's Youtheatre summer program, they did a couple of previews at Artscape last weekend. But as far as details go, you try getting them from a 16 year old boy and an out of date website... I know that there are evening programs on Thursday Friday and Saturday and tickets are free for parent's but cost for others. I will see what else I can find out.
