Looks shite, if you ask me.

American owners get American architects (HKS), famous for building the most uninspiring sports venues ever, to plan this abomination.

The only really good thing about it is the single-tier 18.000-seater Kop.

Its gotta be something special to replace the Kop, then again most stadiums have lost a certain magic since the Taylor report.

What I want to know is do the taxpayers get fleeced into making the rich richer by subsidizing privately owned stadiums like here in the U.S?

Too much like Emirates (Arsenal)?

HKS seems to have a Texas-based stadium portfolio (As Tom "252 Million" Hicks lives in Texas).

HOK Sport has a much larger track record for stadium designs.
