This is traditional Bob Fosse dancing performed by his right hand lady, Gwen Verdon. He was a master at developing this style of dancing. This clip probably doesn't do it justice, especially to the a non jazz dancer. The movie "Sweet Charity" does.

Oh...the song makes this clip look foolish.
