You can't find the 11 if you're not for Thailand!!!!
for the contrast thing, save the black picture and put it in any photoshop like and find a "auto-correct" function.... the difference of color are so light that only a software can catch that imo.

You should be able to adjust the brightness and contrast right on your monitor with the built in controls.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager should do the trick also if your screen like mine don't "speak".... just press edit picture > auto correct
