hello to all...
i recently found stevie's innervisions album, and one side of the album has some strange sound to it. it sounds like the record is 'distorted' in a way. a friend of mine has the same album, but a different pressing (mine is blue motown center,his the red) and his copy sounds ok.
visually there are no scratches, not to say it looks mint.
i've tried cleaning it, but it doesn't help.
any ideas?

larry thanks larry. what exactly does this mean? has the record been damaged by playing it with a bad needle? some songs sound worse then others. nvermind the cd, i'll find it again somewhere...
