Hey Sueno. Not 100% sure, but I know I have this.. I think it could be Paper Music issue 1 "Downtime", this was also on a Mark Farina sampeler that got re-released a while back.. hope this helps..

It's by newworldaquarium out of amsterdam, and came out on delsin records. It's due to drop on Planet E any day now (they licensed it).
