Just checked out the Ipod "Touch" using the link above. Looks like this device may pretty much replace the standard "Ipod" in the near future. Even without the Phone it's a great device.

My only Gripe, no Blue Tooth (I've become a Blue Tooth junkie as of late).

I'm still trying to figure out why the iPod became so popular in the first place. I'm supposed to drop three to four bills for an 8 to 16 gb gig drive? F that! I can get a 1 terabyte HD for less. Apple is just ripping people off. i never understood the whole iPod craze. The only thing Apple has going for them is OS-X which is an okay OS for stability but that's because it's based off UNIX. I'd rather have a Linux or FreeBSD box and run VMWare on top for Windows based apps. Apple ain't all that imo. It's nice to look at but that's about it.

Man, folks are sleeping on the Zune. The two things Ipod has over them is more capacity and movie selection. Zune does not currently offer movie downloads, but you can get these other places. The movie quality is top notched.

People are riding the wave of Itunes because of Apple's ability to take what has been accomplished by others, but with "Imagination"!! That is what Apple and Steve Jobs are all about. You add Corporate suits to Apple and what do you get, the crap that was handed to us in the late 80s and early 90s from that company, and the already forgotten Apple III.
