What bitrate do you code these mixes at?

I do em at 160. Because for an 80 minute mix, the length of a blank cd, it comes in just under 100mb, 91mb or so. 100mb seems to be the standard limit of most of the free upload sights. At least ones that also stream and give hit counts. I think 160 is a deceant quality for listening with out creating a gigantic file that takes for ever to download. The 10 to 20 minutes it can take to download the 160 bit files gets enough complaints. It is also good enough for listening but not quite good enough to use in your own sets on your rig.

Now I don't know anything about podcasts. Maybe a larger file has no draw backs and is better to do higher bitrates, but I'm talking out of my ass.
