I was in a record shop last weekend(imagine that, right?) and the guy that worked there was playing a record by a group called Outhud, he said that the label was called DSL, the label and cover was purple and yellow. Anyone familiar with this one???

I was invited to go see them here in Detroit last Thursday but couldn't make it...I'd never heard of them before then.
I've only heard a clip of one of their songs, but would like to hear more....
try this:

side note:
Outhud shares 3 of its members with the group Chik Chik Chik (also called "!!!"). Very cool dubbed-out indie rock type stuff, if you're into that kind of thing.

THE WORST SHIT EVER!!!!!!!!!
I had to deal with these idiots opening for Liquid Liquid earlier this year @ The Knitting Factory and they SUCKED BALLS!!!
Maybe that record sounds nice, but they were the worst "live" man... seriously the worst ****ing dorks. That asshole is one of those kids who sold his guitar for a keybaord last year, and will sell it back for a guitar next year. He was headbanging while playing these corny keyboard sounds and clapping his hands then yelling "Come on everybody, Let's Dance" and doing the worst white man dances I've ever seen. I wanted to disappear. The music was kinda "classic rave" at times, almost like listening to The Shamen at times.

Hey Donger, I get what your saying about their live performance... but I know what I heard on the record and it was pretty cool...nothing earthshatering, but alright....
some groups are like that....they should just stay in the studio...
ps. funny refrence to that LCD track smile.gif
Outhud is from Sacramento.
