Black history lesson...via CUBA

I am always fascinated with the diaspora of Black/African people and how we are dispersed throughout the world since slavery. So I am currently communicating with a woman on myspace from Cuba now living in the US. She tells of life back home and actually passed this info on to me. I thought it was a cool history lesson for Blacks in Cuba.
