Cheesesteaks!!!!!

Well, today I tried my 1st cheesesteak, one collegue from USA brought them from Pat's in Philly!!! I love them!!!!!!!!!!!

I love those cheesesteaks and the Church's/White Castle combo over near the highway. We used to hit that Caste/Church's on the way back to DC and get like a dozen Church's biscuits to eat on the way home..... mmmmmm butter and honey.

Philly Cheesesteaks are basically a sandwich about 8-12" long on a hoagie roll with thinly sliced beef, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, melted cheese along with the toppings of your choice.... but there's just SOMETHING about getting on in Philly that makes it that much better.

I love makin Philly Cheese steaks!!!!! Onions, Green pepperss, Mushrooms, nice slices of thin cut beef, some cheese whiz, the BOMB!!!!!
