I remember there used to be a Jewelry shop in Irvington Center (the name completely escapes me . . few doors down from Uncle Sams sneaker shop, for all you NJ heads) that also sold tapes and vinyl in the back. I picked up Good life and Erick B & Rakim's "Follow the leader" the same day, those albums got soooooooo much burn time on my home stereo system . . . the memories.

No way am i going to the death box to hear K. Saunderson. My ears can't take the euro trance/techno. And the heat upstairs will be too much.

I see your point buddha, but someone just posted a thread on commercial joints that still bring it.
These 2 do it for me.
If I can work it into a mix I wont hesistate.

Haven't worked them in lately, but proud of the fact that they were placed on a major label and he's a homie. What he plays now I can't get with, but these two are classics.
