Yes, Black Oceans EP. The title track is the one you want. He also did remixes on Mi Tue's "More Than Friends" on the same label.

Although-
As I understand it, the Duality 12" is the reissue; the original came out on Blackmarket. Same tracks though, so don't be too alarmed...
