Just got the call from my wife. She will be picking up the keys at 12:00 pst.
Finally, more room and a backyard for my 2 and 4 year old kids.

I just have to get out of apartment mode. Up until a few day ago, I didn't know homes came without curtain and/or shades. graemlins/jpshakehead.gif Got to kick out for a new washer, dryer, and fridge.
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic news!!! Welcome to the club!! Take your time with everything but the most needed basics at first. I closed a year ago this month, and while it has been very tough, I wouldn't trade it for the world.
