Remember Singer Foster Sylvers? Sylvers, 45, was the youngest member of the 70’s family group The Sylvers. Sylvers was known as the cute one with the huge fro’. Now he’s known as a registered sex offender! Oh my gosh! Not Foster! But, it’s true. He’s been convicted on acts involving young children.
