You should stay in bklyn to save some bread. There is a hoilday inn or something on Utica Avenue in bklyn. You would be able to catch the 4 train over there to get into the city.

Look for Hotels in Korea Town (Little Korea) around the 30s (in streets). They should be cheaper than other hotels in Manhattan.

Whoa that's all the way in Crown Heights/Flatbush border and the 4 hasn't been very reliable on weekends lately. Neither have the 2 or 3...my bf lives in Flatbush and I always give him the evilyouhavetomove eye when we stay at his place on weekends.
I recommend around the 30s as Mr. Blake suggests. There's a decent comfort in over by 30th and 5th - convenient to all trains and it won't break the bank. Besides, you'll be spending more time outside of the room anyway.

Thanks, will check these out, don't care much about the room, location and price is more important. Now I gotta get some warm clothes coming from Florida Hawaian shirts, cargo shorts and flip flops might not do for a NY December.
