I AM BLESSED TODAY BECAUSE....FILL IN THE BLANK_____

I woke up this morning, clothed in right mind. Food to eat and a place to sleep. My family is well & for that I am truly grateful.

There is so much going on in the world, not only in Baghdad, but hatred against our brother man right her in the states. Is there someone who is truly grateful & blessed?

I am blessed b/c even though I've been jobless for a year, and a family of 3 to support, we all still are together and love each other.

I am blessed b/c I get to drink a strawberry shake to day from Checkers, and use the unemployment office's computers to check in here!

I am blessed b/c we found a new place to move to this month in the same town, for cheaper rent.

I am blessed b/c I am filling my mind with self-confidence in the midst of nothingness.

I have love and true friends that are there for me when it really count Dee Dee & DJ Phyl

I survived being Shot, Stabbed, fell from the rear of a truck, and hit by an 18 wheeler and I am still able to walk and play with my children.

I am blessed because I was able to wake up today, and some days it feels like I might not even be able to do that.

I am blessed because I am loved, and find out more and more how much I am loved and how much support I have in my life.

I am blessed because I have loved and even if sometimes my love is not returned, I have been blessed to know what it is to love.

I am blessed because I am strong enough to walk, I have the use of my body which gets stronger and healthier every day (I treat it right), and I am blessed with an active and quick mind that also gets stronger every day (that I treat it right).
