Hey all, I'm the new contributor for the House Music Blog of TheFreshpage and I want to get your opinion on whether you are happy with the current electronic music scene. I have seen it change from an underground scene to a rave scene to a new dj club scene, and would love to hear some feedback. Are you happy with the current electronic music scene? Or would you like it to change? Here is my blog post (http://www.thefreshpage.com/blog/housemusicnews/do-you-like-the-current-electronic-music-scene)

The current Deep House scene sucks in my opinion. Thanks god  there's still Detroit and Europe and rare guys like K.Chandler which will never give up with the underground.
"It sucks"... I could bring a detailed answer but I don't wanna lose my time to speak about negative things :biggrinangel:
I guess house has had it's golden years between 90 and 95, after some years of maturity after its beginning some years before 90; but then, all I heared from the old heads I know here is that it's going poor and poor since 95. That's aswell my opinion too when I look at the year of production noticed on a record.
(I'm only speaking about records).
Being nostalgic is not a rare thing, but in this case of music appreciation, all the househeads I know are really nostalgic.
