I predicted Aramis Ramiriz would hit a home run before the game started. He was due. So Sammy's turn will come.

Do y'all think that in beating the A's that they faced the best pitching staff other than their own??

so right now dusty has taken the cubs as far as popeye took them in '89. nlcs, big whup. why do they have to break out the champaigne for advancing one round? they don't do that in basketball.

i'm pissed the giants were eliminated. i wanted to see that rematch of '89. and see bonds hit a grandslam in wrigley and have the fans chant "throw it back!" that would have been awesome.

so be warned "loveable loser" fans. you haven't won jack yet. win the nlcs then throw a party on addison & clark. until then, the cubs have gone as far as they did in '84 and '89.

braves suck!
