MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
NO WORK ON MONDAY

SUNDAY SESSIONS

NOT TO BE MISSED

If you close your eyes, open your ears, open your mind, and let your body flow you will find yourself in a new plane previously unexplored. Seamlessly blended tracks vibrate your spine while soothing your soul. Julius builds you up gradually through loops of energy bursts and just when you reach your climax he drops you back to a lounge state awaiting the next climb to the peak. Many people call the music house, "the Mad Thinker" makes it home.

In these modern times of separation among house music "the Mad Thinker" seems to take the contemporary underground tracks to a level that even satisfies the old school purist. At the same time, he lures the fanatic deeper in the vibe. After all, a DJ's job is to lead the listener into a different zone by allowing him to escape from anything rigid to the point that he goes home the next morning 100% cleansed of anxiety. "the Mad Thinker" will take this job on and complete it.

Through his 6 years of blessing the turntables, Julius has built an impressive track record. Not only does he provide the entertainment, he is a co-founder and Partner of 3° Global, a friends network for the unification of Chicago nightlife. He is one of the six resident dj's of 3° Ultra Lounge and the Some Call It House…We Call It Home tour. He also plays the second Friday of every month at Chicago's Zentra. Julius has played along side dj's such as, Derrick Carter, Ron Trent, Alexi Delano, Mark Grant, Diz, Derrick May, Gemini, and Ra Soul along with 3° Global co-founders Monna and Jeremiah Seraphine. Julius has also played with DJ Genesis and Sam "the Man" Burns in Washington DC. Chicagoans can hear "the Mad Thinker" at various clubs such as: Betty's Blue Star Lounge, Lava Lounge, 5th Floor/Rednofive and Zentra. San Francisco natives can hear "the Mad Thinker" at clubs such as Rawhide, The Top, Backflip, Liquid, and Galaxy Club. As for Global Househeadz, "the Mad Thinker" has played throughout the United States, and repeatedly at the Winter Music Conference for Warner Brothers. He can also be found on the famous web site groovetech.com. Julius "the Mad Thinker" plays records strictly from his heart, and awaits the day he can play all seven continents to ensure his music is a universal language.
