I saw Duran Duran on the AMA'a last night and I must admit, they did a pretty good set with "Falling Down", even though I'm not feeling the vid OR the new album, and Hungry Like The Wolf".
Considering what I had to sit through to get to that point, it was good.
Other stand-outs include...
Mary J. Blige and Queen Latifah.
Just thought I add my 2 trilloin dollars about that.
But yeah, they had me worried for a bit, but Duran Duran did well last night.

here here...and apparently that "falling down" song is produced by Justin Timberlake? is that right?
I loved Queen Latifah....she rocks. I want to pick up "Traveling Light" especially since I lived with the "dana owens" album for weeks. I'm really enjoying her singing. Now, I'm waiting for the hip hop come back - that should be good too I hope.
Mary rocked too. I chuckled talking to Sarah like "now you know she must be tired as hell from all that pop and lockin'...mary's gotta be sayin' to herself 'shit I'm too old for all this gyrating'"! ha!
I realle like Chris Brown's upside down dancin'...but what's up with all the lip syncing? I mean, he can really sing well live.

Yeah, it was produced by Justin Timberlake, still not feeling him, though; but hey, if that's what they want then more power to 'um...and since you mentioned it, I wasn't too thrilled with Chris Brown lip-synching, but at least we got to hear what T-Pain singing sounds like WITHOUT the voice box...it was aight.

T-Pain without the voice box is like root canal without novocaine. I remember him singing Guy during the Teddy Riley tribute (Hip Hop Honors)....like nails on a chalkboard. Put the effin' voice box back on.

I agree with you about Chris Brown...hahaha, but a wonderful performer.
My hat must go off to Mary J. She did the damn thing, I loved the song she sang and she looked AMAZING!!

He looked good, shorter hair now. All of DD looked good, they have really kept themselves up proper and can still rock. I enjoyed them.
