with much respect to the community here... i'm not a regular so i hope this is cool... not exactly deep house but definitely classic!
i'm doing a weekly party in nyc and looking for DJ's --
specifically: worldclass acid house dj's.
we feel like it's time (again) to bring back the sound -- dust off the old records and show the new kids how to lose it.
i know there must be some heads on here...can anyone steer me in the right direction?
the party is wednesdays at mission, it's called bubble yum, and we're playing a variety of classic club stuff... but we are focussing in on freestyle and acid (so if there are any great freestyle dj's here we'd love to hear from you too...) the email's bubbleyumparty@yahoo.com.
apologies if this is at all intrusive...this party is about the music, not the money so at least the spirit is willing...and frankly, "acidhouseandfreestylepage.com" is not too happening!!
