Help: Track ID - on an alt tip???

...this has been bugging the hell out of me since coming back from Miami. It's off a mix CD I picked up over there, I've asked the usual suspects but we're all scratching our heads.

It sounds very familar and I'm sure it's hidden deep in my collection but I just can't remember the track details....

...so please help me out, I'm going crazy!

Its on the german Label Infracom! I guess its more than 4 years old! It was kind of breaktrough for the guys! I think the reissued the record last year due to popular demand!
