i have. i used to go every summer. but i have not been since the whole katrina incident.

i had the pleasure of going/performing this year the festival. the city was/is still recovering from Katrina. the festival itself is nice. lots of conferences/concerts for your educational/recreational enjoyment.

Been to N.O. but not the festival. I've had people who went tell me that they got the wrong itinerery (shows and days they wanted to see but they got tickets for other acts, other days!). You may want to make sure every itinerery request is in writing, and confirm it shortly before you go!

yeah there will be several hottiues there but its is very crowded but it can be a lot a of fun with a group although everyone there is pretty friendly. I went once but I have friends here in texas that go every year and they say its a blast
