If it's a female vocal, i'm thinking it's maybe, Ruben Mancias Feat Michelle Weeks - Peace, it's a pretty big guess, sorry if it's wrong.

It has that minimal sound to it and it is a woman singing.Thanks Barry I will check the michelle weeks track but I don't think thats it... She had a more sultry sound.
