to realize the more I change the some folk stay the same. Ain't nothing wrong with people staying the same unless they get in my way of my growth. Then there gonna be some problems.

I've learned that I'm a lot more susceptible to my emotions than I like to admit. I have yet to be convinced that emotional vulnerability is ever a good idea -

I've also reaffirmed that you cannot reason with unreasonable people, no matter how you may try - and further, it is easy to slip and lose altitude when dealing with base individuals

I've also reaffirmed that you cannot reason with unreasonable people, no matter how you may try - and further, it is easy to slip and lose altitude when dealing with base individuals

I deal with the same thing too on the emotional vulnerability and what helps me with that is to not take everything personal and to gain perspective.

unreasonable people is a tough one for me I usually shut up let them just talk away and find a way out.
