Hey Ken....

Its a Bottle Event meaning.. BYOB.

We offer our patrons beer on the premises and the courtesy of letting them do BYOB. It has worked out extremely well. Our patrons seems to like the "good stuff" ... bottles of Remy, Chopin, Ketel One, Hommade concoctions (Pank's shyt was NUCLEAR! ) , HennessyXO... ect ect.

and our pastrons seem t like to bring an abundance of their preferred drinks. lol

We have a mezzanine with seating dedicated to the BYOB'rs and a hostess to get them whatever they need to accompany their libations... ice, cups, lemons, limes ect.


Its a step up from Brown Bagging it. Its working out rather well.

It just might be that I know alot of top shelf drunks, too.:biglaugha:

That's a great idea. I've been wondering how a BYOB party would work. (Successful or not)
Do you promote it as such, or dose your crowd already know how your events roll?
