Well I bought a computer (Thiz Linux), and it didn't come with Windows installed.

You may have no choice but to buy it and install it. Failing that, you can always "borrow" a disk of Win 98 or earlier (heaven forbid) before they put a limit on license usage. Make sure you have sufficient memory if you decide to install newer versions of Windows. Later, MC!
