He did it on the BBC too, catch it on BBC America.
I love Gordon. Unlike most reality stars, he is GREAT at his job. He has two restaurants with 3 Michelen stars (they highest possible rating in the world). So when some shit chef rejects his adivce I find it hilarious.
On this show his ideas are the same each time:
1. Clean the kitchen
2. Simplfy the menu
3. Use local ingredients.

I watch all of his UK episodes. His comments may be cruel at times but mostly very true!

in all seriousness....theres no way this guy could
have such a filthy mouth. i know it has to be
to keep ratings or his celebrity character.

The other thing I respect about him is that he truly loves food, cooking and he loves encouraging young chefs.

I remember reading an article where he was talking about his apprenticeship under Guy Savoy in Paris- describing how they threw knives and shit at the junior chefs if they screwed up.
So maybe a bit of 'blue language' isn't that bad!?
