Remember those horrible TONEMASTER TAPES!

Yeah you remember 'em. maybe you could'ny afford TDK or MAXELL, so you thought you record on a tonemaster, only to find that the Highs were "MUFFLED" and the bass was non-existent. I would'nt use them, but back in the day a friend of mine insisted I dub a tape for him with one of his TONEMASTERS. The tape got wound in the rollers of my deck, and it never worked again...

ohhhhhhhhhhh the 10 pack strip just in time to record the S.N.L.A.N.J. HOw about when they made the 100min ones. I think everyone was guilty of buying the walgreen tonemasters. I still have some and ill try and a get pic. I remember dropping the tonemasters and getting my first HIgh quality tape, remember BASF? Peace

Yes I remember buying those at Walgreen's so I could record the mixes off of 'BMX. I wish I still had those tapes.

Tonemaster Tapes
if you take care of them,
they will take care of you.

I still have a working tonemaster tape with Farley Jackmaster Funk on BMX... the saturday that he first spun "Washing Machine" ---BACKWARDS for 10 minutes.

That tape has never f***** up once.

They were cheap, but they hold a lot of memories.
