I just wanted to pass this information on to the board, In regards to The Film Festival(From Black Liberation to HipHop), At Columbia University, On February 16th(Saturday), And, February 17th(Sunday/Both days are Free events), Also, There will be a Premiere on the life of George Jackson

(Legendary Movie Director/Producer from Uptown/Harlem) ,Called,'Black August', George Jackson was The Co- Producer of 'New Jacy City',(Along with Doug McHenry),'Krush Groove(Directed by Michael Schultz in 1984),'House Party 2', Etc, Much Respect to the National Hiphop Political Convention in New York.

You are invited to a free film festival that explores the culture and politics of the Black Liberation Movement and the Hip-Hop Generation. View films and participate in unique inter-generational discussion with panelists from both the Civil Rights and Hip-Hop Generations.
