i filed a paypal dispute and told my side of the story. seller put down his response and that fool is lying through his teeth.
do i get a rebuttal? i aint no Perry Mason but imma bout to slap seller with my Cochran.

is it an organized process where they want to see all parties happy?
any good or bad experiences?

Had to do it twice. One time I managed to get my money back (hooray!). The second time PayPal tried to retrieve my money from the account of the seller, but it supposedly "lacked sufficient funds" (which probably means dude probably withdrew right after I submitted it).

Stick to your story and let me know how it turns out.

but do they contact you and ask you "is it true what so-so said?"

reason i ask is because i got emails of the seller admitting his mistake but denies it in claim. hopefully some one in paypal asks me questions so i can show them the messages.

From what I recall we went back and forth twice. In other words once they hear from the seller they want to hear from you again. Then the seller has to respond to your reply. After that, PayPal makes their final decision.
