I have been give an promotion from my current position of admin. assistant to asst. editor. So, I need to fill my position. I ask anyone who knows a really organized person to send a resume to kayotv@mac.com. Job description is as follows: daily scheduling (meetings and calls), travel itinerary's,

Responsibilities include running a small film production office. Strong interest in all areas of film production is required. The position is a gateway into producing for films and commercials.

Our candidate should have strong organization skills, attention to detail and experience with Mac OS X and MS Office, internet research skills. Our candidate will also possess a strong personality yet flexible. Only serious applicants need apply.

* I have worked for this director for nearly 2 years in various aspects of productions. He is extremely fair and more importantly a really good guy, as well as an awesome film maker.

thats nice! but, most likely won't happen here. Its an entry-level position and there are no benefits. Its freelance! So, you gotta pay your own $400 a month COBRA. ewww...

However, I've made tons of connects. And, better yet I still have time for my own productions and clients.

So, I guess I should mention this position is probably best suited for a graduate looking to get into the film business. Or, someone looking for a career change or getting in at the ground floor in the film industry.
