I have been shopping in Dancetracks and Vinylmania.....but this weekend I want to see a few other record stores.....any advice?

To buy music. I stopped by downtown music before and I like it. But Im gonna stay in Manhattan all weekend.

- A-1 (6th st. btw 1st and A) for hard to find/older stuff that's expensive but will save you the digging

- Rock and Soul (462 7th Ave around 34th?) is decent

- satellite (259 bowery just below houston) is ok sometimes and not too far from dancetracks and A-1...best thing about it is lots of listening stations and broad range of records...

A1 and Other Music in Manhattan are good

I like other music but they don't have any listening stations so you can't listen to records before buying. they do have really good stuff in general though...
