2. Little Brother - Make Me Hot (Yam Who Re-Edit)

This record is really dope. I'm not sure how long it's been out (TAC? ;) ) but I highly recommend it. The A side is an instrumental afro-beat joint with a live band. The B side is a sort of latin/afrobeat/house version of a small skit from Little Brother's album (which I don't have and now must find). Both tracks are dope . This Yam-Who cat is no joke.

Been out over a month now.I mentioned this cut awhile back.It's dope.I actually like the original skit version.I made a remix of that one.Yam Who is dope.I love his remix of D'Ambi-Call me.The way that shit phases speakers is dope.

The Little Brother album is definitely worth picking up. One of the best hiph hop albums I've heard in a very long time...

The Yam Who edits are hot. The Rafael Saadiq one is slammin too...who is this person????

He's got a new re-mix of Pharrel's "frontin" but I haven't heard it yet.

Played the Saadiq edit out this morning - a beautiful cut! B-side instrumental is sweet too..

'Make Me Hot' edit and remix both = graemlins/thumbsup.gif

This made me very sad to hear how good it sounds, about two years ago I took that Gil Scott Heron album with the "Klan" on it to my boys house...the one and the same dude who was successful with the original "Secret Garden" remix...with intentions of getting our sample-jack going graemlins/jpshakehead.gif
