DownTownSounds presents
STEVE KOTEY (Bear Entertainment)
LOUD-E (Bear Entertainment, LoudEfied, CBS)
Friday 29th February
@ Rí-Rá, Dame Court, Dublin 2
Doors @ 11 - Admission €10

‘Bear Entertainment has been releasing quality music since day one, and since they were the first label to show any interest for my music back in 2003, I’ll always save a special place in my heart for them’ - Lindstrom.

DownTownSounds celebrates 7 years of bad luck in the promotion game by welcoming the head of the much vaunted London nu-disco label Bear Entertainment to the Ri-Ra basement, Steve ‘Fella’ Kotey. Previously a member of Chicken Lips, Steve is well-known for producing disco-flecked dance music of the very highest order both as part of that revered collective and solo on his self-run label

Set up in 2000, Bear Entertainment has released music by the likes of Lindstrom, Chicken Lips, Prins Thomas, Idjut Boys, Todd Terje, Lexx, DJ Kent, Theo Parrish, ALTZ, Fabrizio Mammarella, Ray Mang and Theo Parrish, a veritable ‘who’s who’ of imaginative modern dance music producers we're sure you'll agree!

Tonight Steve will be joined by Loud-E, a Dutch disco obsessive whose recent releases on Bear Entertainment and incredible mixes on the CBS network have been pushing all the right dancefloor buttons round here at DTS towers…
