Need a bit more to go on ie genre, year/decade ?

My first thought was - Nightwind feat Angela Charles 'You're Someone Special'. Great track out of Chicago from 1987.

This track sound new or at least the last year or so I could not get to the dj to ask him who it was by I just remember the hook she was saying "your special special to me nice ass beat and a nice rhodes riding under it.
