CD-ROMS hold approx 700MB
MP3 files of average songs can be 3MB - 6MB, but depending on the bit rate and length of the song this can vary.

So, assuming your MP3s are 5MB on average you will fit approx 140 of them on a single CD-ROM.

192, 256, 320...whatever.
i was just generally speaking of average
length albums with average length songs.
i can typically fit around 10 albums per disc.
