That tribute to momma mix is a powerful mix. The song selection and where it takes you is pretty powerful. The way you started the mix with grieving (sade, Kenny bobien, Dennis Ferrer (how do i let go) and ended it on a positive note and that we can get through this It shows how music has a healing power. I recently lost my step dad and this mix had me all choked up and revisiting the good times before he succumbed to cancer. Bravo on the mix and thanks.......and know that in time the hurt fades and the beautiful memories remain. Keep ya head up

Wow, thanks for those kind words. This mix represented a lot of feelings that I felt for my wife, my mother-in-law and their family (my family). It was hard to find the right tracks to represent my feelings towards everything and luckily I got it how I wanted it.
That song by Bob Sinclair - World hold on, is basically how I feel Mama Evelyn's opinion is about things in this world. Everythings else was about just keeping the faith, love, support for one another. I can go on and on, but at this point it's about keeping all the good and not so good memories alive.

I'm glad you guys liked the mix and the message within.:respent:
