Peace Marbll & Sammy.. Which mix are you refering to Marbll? Muziki or Melanon Muzik?

20 minutes in the Muziki is Sea Wind "Free".. For some reason when I play the Melenin music it wont play at the 20 minute mark. I made both mixes early last year so I will have to pull it out. I'll get back at you with a playlist..

Thanks for posting Sammy and thanks for the remarks Marbll. I'm not sure which mix it was, but "Free" by Sea Wind is the tune I was talking about with the odd drum meter. Supercut. I'll be waiting on the playlist. I heard some Afro-beat stuff I want to identify too.

Yeah Marbll, that drum meter is sick. I was introduced to another song by a R&B group that you wouldn't believe who did it.. It has some odd meters at the end of the joint thats sick!! Also if you all haven't been made aware of the new afro-beat mix of Fertile's Grounds "Illumination" don't sleep! It's not out yet but it will be a 12 inch with another house mix done by "Oneness of two". Both sides are good but definitely the afro-beat one does it for me.

Sammy I had problems playing the second mix. Another friend of mines had the same issue too. It would play for the first 35 seconds and then the volume would disappear but the player will still count down the minutes. Very weird scenario..

Marbll if it's the other mix I think you may be referring to Sankofa by Peven Everett. I heard a mix by Sadar recently with that in it at Why Knot. Was it the one where I placed "Dis Poem" over it?
