for a percusive sound similar to Konk(and definately check out other konk stuff too) I would suggest the bands Pigbag & Maximum Joy, two of my favorites!

Yea I loved that record, the baseline was wicked. The horn part was great to scratch back in the day.
Records like that, hmmm
Mr. Telephone
Hypnotic Tango
and a cut by Quando Quando but I forget the name.
anyone have an idea of the cut I'm talking about?

Any one remember "No Man is an Island"? I forget the trio that did this song. They also had another song out. On this track they are decked out in space suits....
wait a minute...
It's Warp 9!
Am I right?
That song is tight too, from what I remember it had a nice carribean beat.

LOL...the verion of Hypnotic tango i have been listening to is by some nasty hardhouse crew called Master Blaster : Hypontic Tango
The "My Mine" records is about a million miles from that and is very nice.
If you want a chuckle have a listen to the Master Blaster : Hypontic Tango record graemlins/scared.gif
By the way Klas did the that song i split for you work ?
